Writing your complaint
We can help you to write your complaint. Below are the different letters that you might need to send to Children's Services to tell them why you are unhappy.

Stage 1 - Informal Stage
You can click here to write a Stage 1 complaint.
If you want to complain about an urgent matter, for example, you haven’t got anywhere to live, you can click here to write a Stage 1 complaint, explaining that it is urgent.
If you do not receive a reply, you can click here to write a letter saying you are unhappy about the delay.
If you want to write a letter to complain about something that happened over one year ago, you can click here to write a Stage 1 complaint.
Stage 2 - Formal Stage
