Coram Voice and the University of Bristol have published several literature reviews supporting the aims of the Bright Spots project.
- Children and Young People's Views on Being in Care looks at existing research on children and young people’s experiences of being care and highlights their voices on positive and adverse aspects of that journey.
- Measuring Well-Being looks at UK and international approaches to measuring the concept of wellbeing and, in particular, the wellbeing of looked after children.
- Care leavers' views on their transition to adulthood: a rapid review of evidence and Care leavers' view on their transition to adulthood: a rapid review of the evidence research review summary look at care leavers' experiences of the care system and how it has worked for them.
Our Lives, Our Care: Looked after children’s views on their well-being (March 2017) details all the findings from the first cohort of 611 children to complete the Bright Spots Your Life, Your Care survey.
